Conflict Management Coaching (CMC)
CMC can be done anywhere along the spectrum of dispute resolution. It creates the possibility for individuals to anticipate conflict and to develop strategies in their response to conflict. CMC helps us to expand our awareness of ourselves and others, and increase our confidence to deal with conflict.
Mindful Awareness Training
WHY MINDFULNESS? Because we need healthy awareness and compassion to thrive resiliently and unconflicted in times of uncertainty and change. Mindfulness practice is at the heart of learning to deal with conflict and uncertainties, and the ravages on body and mind of a pandemic. HOW? We shift our minds to self-and other compassion and self-and other awareness, sometimes with radical acceptance. OUR MINDFULNESS COURSES will help you make the shift. We have courses on mindfulness here.
Healthcare and the Law
The healthcare sector is governed by the law – just look at POPIA! We have work for healthcare professionals and child law, as well as POPIA and the healthcare practice. The work on child law is HPCSA accredited for CPD points for healthcare professionals. If you are interested, read more here.
The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) is changing our lives for the better. It will protect all of us from harm, and will improve business. In our course on POPIA and Community Schemes we point out that almost any action by a trustee which falls outside of his fiduciary duty, will now be in breach of POPIA – in acting outside of his fiduciary duty, he will be using information which was processed for work which falls within his fiduciary duties. POPIA does not require negligence or intent – it simply requires breach – a strict liability. If you are interested, read more here.
