  1. We do not gather information from visitors to this site, and except if you have mailed us, we will not know that you have been here;
  2. We recognise that Wordpress, and Wordpress third-party providers may gather information with plugins, however if this is the case, it is done without our permission and knowledge.
  3. This is not an inter-active site and you cannot log in. Our intention is to share information about ourselves with you, not to gather information from you.
  4. We adhere to POPIA- the Protection of Personal Information Act.
  5. As a client you are entitled to attorney-client privilege.
  6. As a client we will acquire information form you as is required by the Financial Intelligence requirements (FICA).
